how we work with our clients

• With some brief information (product, ball park sizes and quantities) we can provide you with an email or phone estimate for budgeting purposes. The FAQ page for each product line also gives estimated cost expectation.
• For a firm quote, we offer free on-site consultations within the greater greenville, sc area. Further locations may require a trip fee that is fully refunded at time of order. All drapery & top treatment consultations are subject to a refundable design fee.
• Most appointments can be scheduled within a few days of your call.
• We come to your location to accurately measure for the products of your choice. We offer suggestions and ideas if you are not sure what product would be best for your decor and budget.
• We explain the options available with each product and show you samples, fabric swatches, and color selections.
• With our experience & design skills, we work with you to finalize the choices that best meet the privacy, sun control, budget and decor of your home.
• We provide you with a written turn-key quote for the job.  
• Products can be purchased with or without installation.
• A 50% Deposit is required to place an order into production, the balance is due at delivery or installation.
• Delivery times vary by products.The FAQ page for each product line give you the anticipated production time.
• We accept V, MC, DISC, AMEX, Checks, Cash. We offer convenient on-line payment.
• When your window treatments are ready, we will call to schedule an installation time. We respect your time and your home. We will work quickly, accurately and leave your home clean and more beautiful than when we arrived!
